Do you think you can fix a misconfigured network? Are you a good „friend on the phone“ when it comes to configuring a computer?
We are looking for a talented russian-speaking technical support person to expand our global technical support team.
Have a look at following questions:
- What is an „open STMP relay“ and how should an SMTP server be configured to not allow open relay?
- When looking at a routing table, how do you know which route is the default route?
- In general, how would you setup a firewall with a mailserver located behind it, to allow mail to be sent and recieved?
Are you able to answer all of them? Then we may be looking right for you!
Job description:
- Solving technical problems from Kerio customers and partners over the phone and email
- Replication of customer situations in test lab
- Cooperation with development teams – support and debugging of beta products, bugs and suggestions management
- Knowledgebase articles creation
- Test lab administration and maintenance
Our Requirements:
- Advanced communication in Russian – spoken and written
- Advanced communication in English – spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge of computer networks, network protocols and routing (IP)
- Advanced knowledge of email – protocols, servers, client applications
- Advanced knowledge of OS Windows and OS Linux
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of VoIP (Asterisk)
- Knowledge of Mac OS environment
Required working experience:
- Suitable also for graduates
- Experience with servers administration is an advantage
- Experience in providing technical support is an advantage
