The ideal candidate must have:• At least 10 years of FMCG and/or Retail Chain sales & development experience, initially as a Sales Representative• Trade marketing/merchandising experience• Experience from a management position• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English (business level), other languages a plus• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills• Perfect knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel • Desire for selling and hitting targets• Self driven, proactive and motivated individual
