Our client an established financial services firm in Russia is looking for a dynamic sales/business development orientated leader. The person will be responsible for new business growth in Russia. Our client feels its Russia operations are only at 10% of optimum size - there is large room for improvement and development in this market. We need someone who will provide leadership for the firms Russian operations.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a good sales background (ie. a supplier to the banking/financial services or telco sector, would be an advantage).
Key Job Duties >>>- To support and develop further Russia operations- To develop top level business contacts (ie. banks/financial services, telco, energy, public sector)- To help with operational management issues + lead the staff- Deal with HR issues (ie. training/hiring of new managers, people development) - Manage special projects
Your Profile >>>- You should have a good background in sales/business development (able to interface at B or B-1 levels)- You should be target driven- You should have very good interpersonal skills & able to develop relationships with top mgmt- Team player- Creative- Business minded
