Scope of the job:• The job is located in one of the Russian speaking countries (will be specified at the interview), you will be leading a team of 25 people and report to CEO of the country• Setting up and maintaining Marketing & Product Management department to support business growth, identify and fulfill customer satisfaction, and building & promoting the brand in the country• Managing all Marketing & PM processes, setting up a system of measurement, reporting and continuous improvement of processes• Drive efficiency of Marketing & PM/Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget• Set-up and maintain SLA with Sales, support sales in sales promotion activities• Deliver cost savings , determine and manage the marketing budget• Liaison with media and advertising • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products• Study and understand local market, provide internal (Mystery shopping) and external (marketing research, mystery shopping) marketing information to the rest of the business
Requirements:• Bachelors or Master in Business or Marketing Degree• Experience with consumer credit products in a Russian speaking country • Experience in building / leading team• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, plans, pricing and advertising strategies.• Experience in conducting extensive market research , mystery shopping, competitors and customer base analysis. • Experience in managing external PR and internal communication • Experience in product management including its development• Good expertise in CRM• Highly developed teamwork skills• Strong effective communicator to work well with other managers and the public • Ability to lead the large team of diverse creative employees.• Strong analytical skills• Commitment to continuous learning.• Customer-focused product development.• Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.• Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.• Self-starter, self-motivated• Time management – Prioritization• Ability to communicate in Russian and English• Creative and decisive, ability to work under the pressure• Presentation skills
