For our client, a global IT company, we are looking for candidates for positions of IT Helpdesk - Customer Support with Latvian,Russian and English.
Job duties:- communication with customers (by phone and e-mail), providing technical support- advise on product installation, update, confirguration or operations- identify problems, help with problem solving / dispatch the incident record to the appropriate level of support- responsibility for overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:Excellent communication and customer care skills Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, applications, connectivity, etc.) - familiar with PC systems as end user Fluent Latvian,Russian and EnglishStress-resistant, enthusiast and willing to work in a team
24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays) if required
