ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

Helping its customers to improve their credit risk management processes, supported by the automation solutions (software). Creditinfo Solutions acts internationally, servicing customers across many countries. Most of customers belong to the financial services sector.Creditinfo Solutions is continuously extending its activities, planning both significant expansion and extension of complementary portfolio, and needs systematic sales planning and successful execution of sales plans.RoleAM is a member of the Company sales team.AM performs and is responsible for all sales and marketing affairs of the Company in the assigned territory and customer portfolio, such as (but not exclusively):• Sales strategy and tactics (including the market analysis, sales plan, customer set, portfolio and pricing strategies)• Business development and sales planning and execution• Customer relationship through all the business life cycle, Company representation and relationship development• Commercial management• AM follows the Company commercial strategies and Company sales and relationship standardsResponsibilities• Sales growth• Sales planning and execution• Business development • Customer acquisition and retention, on-going and regular customer communication• Cooperation within the Company organizationActivities• Conducts the market analysis, designs the sales strategies and plans in the assigned territory and executes them.• Develops new opportunities.• Sales the identified opportunities.• Serves as a primary customer contact to the Company throughout of the opportunity and customer relationship life cycles.• Represents the Company at customers in cooperation with the other Company team• Daily manages the Company sales towards the assigned customers against the defined targets and goals• Provides feedback from the respective market back to Company (customers, demand, competition and other)MeasurementAM is measured by quantifiable sales results and qualitative results (such as the customer satisfaction, sales documentation and discipline).REQUIREMENTSEducation, skills and proven experience• University degree or proven experience in the IT solutions and sales areas • Experience in working for the international company and with the international customers• Experience and skills in sales planning and execution, applying systematic approach• Experience in sales of business critical IT systems• Experience in working for the international company and with the international customers• Adequate personal style and attitude• Preferably experience in the financial sectorSoft skills• Team orchestrator – both customer and internal teams• Goal oriented, self-managing• Extremely good communicator (both communication attitudes and idea description abilities)• Listener, able to apply the active listening• Empathic and assertive• Positive, enjoys the change, enjoys and reacts in positive manner to new tasks• Probem solver rather than the problem identifier• Supportive and helping others• Managerial styles preferable leader and couch• Accepts the responsibilityOtherLanguages: • Czech native or fluent • English fluent or native• German, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and other would be an advantageCultural CompatibilityCompany team and special the customer portfolio includes different cultures. Experience in working with other than Czech cultural standards is appreciated.Availability: We expect well established individual who can 100% dedicate his attention and power to the job.Travel: Up to 30% of time. Depending on the territory, both local and international travel.SALLARY AND TYPE OF POSITIONPermanent position, fixed employment (HPP).Compensation negotiable and depending on the value proposition, skills and experience, split to fixed and variable components.Start dateAs soon as possible.IDEAL CANDIDATE• Applies the consultative sales approach• Poses the skills of active listening, asking questions, developing alternatives and similar skills• Is a good team orchestrator – manages the customer requirements as well as company team• Has experience or at least understands the difference in selling IT solutions to selling products• Advantages would be experience with application development, systems integration and with risk management in financial institutions as well as experience with customers and colleagues belonging to different cultural styles.
