QUALITY MANAGER (QM)


Creditinfo Solutions is a Czech-based part of international Group of companies, present in several other countries, delivering the risk management solutions in full range of the credit life cycle (starting with application processing, through the portfolio monitoring and management up to the collections) and different types of data sources (such as bureaus), helping its customers to improve their credit risk management processes, supported by the automation solutions (software). Creditinfo Solutions acts internationally, servicing customers across many countries. Most of customers belong to the financial services sector.Creditinfo Solutions is continuously extending its activities, planning both significant international expansion and extension of complementary portfolio. In order to stabilise and increase its competitiveness, Creditinfo Solutions needs effective and well-functioning end to end quality management.RoleQM is a member of the Company management team or the management consultant.QM develops implements, manages, monitors and continuously improves the Company quality management processes.The Company quality management processes should represent a system ensuring the end to end quality in Company daily life.The ultimate result of quality management should be the high quality outcomes of Company deliveries.Responsibilities• Development and Implementaion of the quality managemengt proceses• Quality increase• Continuous end to end quality increase (increase in each separate element as well as increase in the qhole quality level• Continuous process of quality controlActivities• Development of quality concept• Development of individual quality proceses• Implementation of quality processes• Education• Monitoring the quality• Quality controlMeasurementQM is measured by reaching agreed goals and by reaching defined quality level(s) as well as by the personal goals.REQUIREMENTSEducation, skills and proven experience• University degree or proven experience in the IT solutions quality management, including software development and service delivery • Experience and skills in quality design, planning and execution, applying systematic approach• Understanding of related other disciplines, such as (but not only) the information security, ITIL and ITSM.• Experience in team management (primary leadership and coaching)• Experience in working for the international company and with the international customers• Experience in team management (primary leadership and coaching)• Adequate personal style and attitude• Preferably experience in IT and in software development and post-implementation servicesSoft skills• Supportive• Goal oriented, self-managing• Good communicator (both communication attitudes and idea description abilities)• Positive, enjoys the change, enjoys and reacts in positive manner to new tasks• Takes the responsibility• Problem solver• Adequate attitude in team-workOtherLanguages: • Czech native or fluent • English fluent or native• German, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and other would be an advantageCultural CompatibilityCompany team and special the customer portfolio includes different cultures. Experience in working with other than Czech cultural standards is appreciated.Availability: We expect well established individual who can 100% dedicate his attention and power to the task and job.Travel: No travel or limited travel expected.SALLARY AND TYPE OF POSITIONThis is temporary position (project) with option to extent in permanent position, depending on candidate’s value proposition, preference and results.Competitive compensation depending on the experience and skills.
Start dateAs soon as possible.IDEAL CANDIDATE• Has knowledge, experience and idea how the total quality management should be designed, monitored and controled• Has knowledge of and/or experience with critical IT systems, software development and service management• Poses the skills of active listening, asking questions, developing alternatives and similar skills• Is a good team orchestrator – manages the company team to common success• Advantages would be experience as quality management consultant and with implementation or operation of quality control at similar companies.
