MARKETING MANAGER
Wavin Osma s.r.o. and WAVN Ekoplastik s.r.o. are seeking suitable candidates for a position as Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for common marketing activities in two companies, the Czech Republic and for export, mainly to Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine etc.).
Main tasksDevelops and executes the overall plan for marketing of our branded products to major clients and business segments. Assists in developing new products and improvement of existing ones.
- Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products, including pricing strategies, sales plans and implementation strategies for Czech Republic and for our export markets.- Participates in and evaluates market research and analysis, promotions, public relations and advertising associated with assigned brands or products and assesses their success against the plan.- Works closely with sales, engineering and manufacturing function on design, distributions and product specification of changes as needed.- Participates in training for field and customer service personnel on brand or product introductions or enhancements, as well as new marketing and sales campaigns.- Setting and implementation of the clear marketing strategy.- Manages the marketing department and its budget.
We require- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experiences (with technical products)- Sales experiences appreciated- University degree- Fluent Czech and English (Russian language is a plus)- A creative and flexible person able to work independently and to bring and implement new strategy - Business oriented- Technical understanding- Team player- A person with initiative and personal drive
