Náplň práce/ Responsibilities:
•Maintains the website •Posts articles and audio files •Edits posted materials on the website •Updates the website in a timely and professional manner •Ensures that the web content is accurate and written according to RFE/RL standards •Responsible for editorial content of own work as well as that of other contributors •Performs other tasks assigned by the Service Director including the broadcasting duties
Požadujeme/ Qualifications:
Education: •University Degree
Experience: •Five years of experience in journalism or related areas
Languages: •Perfect command of the Chechen language (spoken and written), including its spelling and punctuation •Perfect command of English languages, •Proficiency in the Russian language highly desirable
Special Skills: •Ability to speak, comprehend, write and edit features and analysis in the Chechen language •Advanced computer skills (web editing related) •Ability to screen and evaluate source materials •Editing scripts from staff and stringer reports •Writing original features and comments •Originating program ideas
