Job Scope
Follow & implement Energy Services Indirect Channel compliance policies on the CEE& Russia region channel representative portfolio.Support a culture of highest integrity and compliance within indirect channels. Enforce global compliance standards, establish and implement rigorous due diligence standards and auditing programs.Deliver and coordinate training programs around compliance for indirect channels. Drive self-assessment process, integrity reviews across region channel portfolio.Navigate the channel appointment process for new channel representatives and contract renewals.Perform due diligence and compliance activities. Facilitate the approval process with management.Monitor channel portfolio risk against regional norms and improve processes to keep within those norms.Facilitate contract management within the region & work with Global HQ on contract management procedures.Provide day-to-day compliance support to channels within region.Requirements
Bachelor degree or aboveAt least 3 – 5 years experience in industry related sales, marketing, compliance or legalFluent English and experience in the Eastern Europe region; or Russian languageCustomer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needsAbility to communicate effectively with external parties, influence and motivateExcellent written and verbal skillsHigh ethics and integrityAbout Us
