Project Manager, Brno


Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: Delivery of projects on schedule, quality and within budget, while satisfying customer requirementsProactive management of risks, issues, budgets, and scope throughout the project life-cycle Selection and negotiations with subcontractors, assigning of individual responsibilities, identification of appropriate project resources, and providing guidance and direction to project team members Managing project budgetReporting project progress according to agreed scheduleTracking and reporting team hours and expenses on monthly basis

• Managing very large projects. This includes project planning, managing project team including SW development, reporting to management, risk management, quality control, interaction with customer, project documentation.• Delivering functioning solution meeting clients expectations.
Communication• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.• Holds regular status meetings with project team.• Keeps project team well informed of changes relevant to project.• Communicates important project information to superiors.• Resolves and/or escalates project issues.Leadership• Leading project team members by example.• Strengthening belief in final success.Teamwork• Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her full potential.• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.Client Management• Manages day-to-day client interaction, sets and manages client expectations.• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.• Builds understanding of each client's business, organization and objectives.Internal Operations• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.• Approves team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.• Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
Requirements5 years experience with and knowledge of methodologies for Project Management, SW Development and Quality AssuranceExecuted large or mid-size projects (> 500 man days, > 500 ths. EUR budget)Experienced in use of Microsoft Project, MS OfficeDeep practical knowledge the full software development lifecycle/principlesKnowledge of Financial sector environment

Nice-to-HaveExpertise in core banking systems, DWH, reporting, payments, e-banking, etc. Certification (CAPM or PMP from PMI; IPMA)ITIL certification
