On behalf of our client, an international collections firm, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position:
Tasks for the first three months
• Be responsible for analyzing the current company operations and processes as well as the Russian collections market (soft, hard and legal collections).
• Define new strategy for the future company development including its market positioning.
• Manage the necessary re-engineering of the company.
Months 4 and further
• Manage the whole company together with your management team (Operations, Sales, Finance, Security, IT)
• Establish best of the class collection process and debt buy valuation process adjusted for the local Russian environment.
• Set performance targets, implement monitoring and continuously measure all existing processes against these.
• Continuously improve existing processes and drive enhanced collections strategies, using process management techniques and champion/challenger tests to manage collections.
• Become no1 collections firm on the Russian market.
You are
• The-hands-on-type-of-manager who is able and willing to roll up his/her sleeves and to do the job himself.
• Experienced in collections management in banking industry.
• Good (or rather great) at analyzing, defining, implementing, measuring and re-engineering processes.
• Able to lead a team and work in a matrixed organization.
• Speaking Russian and English or Czech/Slovak.
• The more experience and understanding to the Russian (especially legal) collections process you have the better.
The opportunities
