Service Manager CEE

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a Service Manager in an international company.
• Proven experience in selling services (ideally with packaging industry)
• Good understanding of product lines and maintenance (troubleshooting, etc.)
• Fluent English and Russian and/or Polish is a must. Any other CEE language is a plus.
• Business and Customer orientation, pro-active approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% (mostly CZ, PL, RU)


Responsibilities:
• Participation in managing the Service Organization in Central Eastern Europe.
• Being a Project Manager for complex installation in cooperation with Headquarters.
• Establishment of cooperation with all the resellers & company sales staff in the region.
• Responsibility for selling maintenance contracts to all customers in the CEE region.
• Responsibility for constantly improvement of processes within the region.
• Definition of goals for the region and measurement of the accountabilities.
