The candidate will take full charge of the finance function in the Business Unit.
Supports Group and BU’s management on all issues related to finance & administration. Establish priorities, plan actions and track execution with the local financial teams. Explains BU performance by analysing the profitability, costs and causes of variances. Proposes management improvements. Split the performance analysis by sub-organization across the BU. Manages the BU’s Working Capital together with the local Management. Is source of propositions for improvements, and coordinates their execution plan across companies. Helps local company Controllers on building tools, implementing group policies, improving methods of standard costing and deploying IT systems. Supports the set-up of local cost accounting systems and their coherence with the Company’s group rules.
The position is based in Germany, with 20% to 30% of travelling, with trips to Ukraine, Russia and following relocation to Russia or Ukraine (after 2-3 years).
