Our sophisticated technology SaaS platform automatesthe video ad production & distribution process and has a number of business applications including areseller (white label) and direct model.This person will have the opportunity to work on creating and developing our technology platform ,expanding our development team and will be familiar with back end systems architecture and frontend development. We use .NET/ PHP/ Ruby on Rails technologies to develop our product solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with several years experience to joinand get involved with an innovative HPSU start-up company in the fastest growing online advertisingsector worldwide.EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:We are looking for talented individuals with extensive experience in;· Team leader :must be able to develop and lead core team for growth/expansion into US/UK· .NET/ PHP/ Ruby on Rails C, Java, Linux, developer. Ipad and Iphone development a bonus.· Experience in developing total end-to-end solution using Linux and Windows platforms· Technical design for a portfolio of complex business systems and associated infrastructure· Technical development of systems integration in this environment· Cloud Services – SaaS &Private/Public Cloud solutions design, agile iteraction & integration· Data Centre, Server/IT Infrastructure Consolidation, IT Optimization, Systems Architectures· Systems, Application & Network Infrastructure· Mobile Computing, Access & IT Infrastructure Security Services· Gets the start-up environment and thrives in Agile fast paced challenging development· Focussed on communication with colleagues and excellent project management· Communication and Client/Investor presentation skills (written and verbal)· 5-10 years experience leading a recognised team of developers, coders and programmers.QUALIFICATIONS:Educated to Bachelors/Masters degree level in a technology-related discipline.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive salary and employee benefits.
