Our company looking for Construction Leadership. We offer work all year round, pending on weather. We offer benefits after the first 3 months. Pay is based on experience, ranging from $24.00 to $35.00 plus hourly.We are also looking for leadership skills, which can increase the hourly rate, based on experience as well.Job Description:* Must know how to use a break to bend aluminum flashings* Must know how to strap (or Furring out) walls* Must know and understand siding materials James Hardie, Longboard, aluminum etc..* Must know how to use power tools* Must know how to install siding on wallsA Plus would be Leadership skills and all the mandatory safety courses like:* Working at heights* Health and safety awareness* Workplace Violence and Harassment* WHMIS* CPR & First Aid* Boom LiftWill start at 24/hr for the first week. Will test experience and Leadership skills.Willing to pay 35+. Job Monday to Friday. Rarely Saturdays.
