The Foyle Food Group is looking to employ a Technical Supervisor within our Retail Packing Facility at the Foyle Ingredients site based in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing company. .Responsibilities    We are seeking a technical qualified candidate who can provide support to Technical, Production, Hygiene and NPD teams to ensure company goals are achieved in relation to Food Safety, Quality, Compliance and Hygiene Standards.Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills    2 years experience working in a technical function within a production factory environment    3rd Level education or equivalent in food related subject    Creative approach and a passion for food    Strong knowledge of HACCP, UK Legislation & BRC Standards    Experience of internal / customer audits and liaising with auditing bodies    Experience of responding to customer technical demands, specifications and KPI trends    Competent in record keeping    Provide support to Production and NPD during new product launch    Reliable, flexible, and punctual    Excellent organisational and communication skills    Ability to work on own initiative    Computer literateDesirable Skills    Previous experience as a Technical Supervisor within the food industry in either manufacturing, food service, or retail environment    Experience of leading / managing a team    Experience in leading audits    Train the Trainer qualification    Qualified in HACCP and Food Safety for Manufacturing    Previous experience within the red meat industryFurther InformationWork time: Monday - Friday, times to be confirmed.
