High ambitious Real Estate business looking for a Project Accountant to join their growing finance functionYour new companyYour new company are a commercially focussed, forward thinking property and construction business based in South Manchester.Your new roleIn your new role as Group Accountant you'll prepare monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements and reporting packs. You will join the team and act as interface between the property management teams and finance department providing financial and commercial guidance and support. Coordinating forecasts and annual service charge budget processes with the Property Teams. Daily management of the companies cashflow.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. Knowledge of SAP by Design and Argus would an advantage along with previous experience of property accounting. Demonstrable experience of working in a regulatory environment. Working knowledge of FRS102 and SORP. Be comfortable working with a remote team.
