As a global company with local expertise, you will be part of a fast-paced and flexible environment where no two days are the same.Your new roleYou will be working from Monday to Friday as a Warranty & Repair Operative in Hatfield at Hatfield Business Park. Primarily your role will include; Processing and updating parts on SAP accurately, I.D for all vendors parts accordingly, Working with courier partners, Checking warranty on all vendors web portals and vendors web portals and working with third party suppliers to claim warranty, Despatching all vendors warranty parts back to them, Managing the SLA, Using MS excel to maintain reports, Maintaining accuracy on Serial and Asset tracking, Producing delivery notes, producing courier labels from partner websites whilst maintaining high levels of housekeeping.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a strong logistical background that highlights your picking and packing experience, working with goods in and goods out, with evidence of working towards SLA’s. Data input and SAP knowledge are an advantage, but above all you will have a basic knowledge of IT and the ability to react on demand on short notice.What you'll get in returnAs a Warranty & Repair Operative you will earn a competitive wage of £11.32 an hour and over 37.5 hours per week.
