ServiceNow platform and its modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog and CMDB.Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and maintenance.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot technical issues and provide functional expertise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Requirements:3+ years of experience with as ServiceNow administrator/developer or a business analyst.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionality.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
