Robert Half has partnered with a thriving services company located in the Greater Philadelphia area on their search for a Property Tax Analyst. As the Property Tax Analyst, you will assist with managing personal tax and business license compliance, oversee the personal property tax audit process, perform tax research and analysis, and reconcile tax accounts. We are looking for someone who can accurately prepare property tax returns, plan and ensure compliance with federal regulations, negotiate tax inquiries, and analyze tax withholdings.What you get to do daily·       Coordinate tax audits·       Review financial tax implications·       Implement changes to tax strategy·       Analyze historical data·       Manage business license compliance·       Properly house notifications from tax authorities·       Prepare sales/use tax reclassification journal entries·       Maintain gross receipts tax compliance·       Prepare tax basic balance sheets·       Assist with provision calculationsRequirementsThe ideal Property Tax Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.Other requirements for the Property Tax Analyst role include and are not limited to:·       2+ years personal tax experience·       Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint·       Financial services industry or leasing industry a plus
