IT Auditor - Insurance company, up to £55kHays are working in partnership with a national insurance company with offices across the UK. The role sits within the Audit team to lead assigned IT audits and reviews producing high quality reports of findings, with recommendations to bring about improvements to processes and controls to mitigate risk.Hybrid working pattern in the Stratford-Upon-Avon office.Your purpose:    Analyse and identify operational risks within IT areas in order to contribute to the production of the annual audit plan.    Collect and analyse information and conduct tests to detect deficient or non-existent controls, inefficiencies, fraud or non-compliance with regulations    Evaluate and advise on IT risks and internal controls against changing trends and market/external practices to identify opportunities to improve internal controls aligned with risk appetite    Create high quality IT audit reports that record the findings, actions and timescales required to remedy risk in accordance with SLAsYour experience:    Good knowledge or experience of assessing risk and controls, designing audit programmes with support to reflect the operational and business environment    Proven ability to perform a wide range of IT audit work, having successfully assessed IT process and controls, including General and Application controls, Disaster Recovery etc    Proven knowledge and experience of IT audits relating to Financial Services    Experience of using CAATs, ideally ACLPay Up to £55kRef: 4366869Talk to a consultantTalk to Nadiya Shaikh, the specialist consultant managing this position, located in Birmingham3rd Floor, One Colmore Square
