We are seeking a highly experienced trust and estates attorney to join our clients growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [5-7] years of experience in the trust and estates field, with a strong background in probate, estate planning, and trust administration. The candidate must be knowledgeable in estate tax laws and regulations and have experience in representing clients in estate and trust related litigation.Key Responsibilities:    Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents    Administer trusts and probate estates, including the collection and distribution of assets, and preparation of estate tax returns    Represent clients in probate and trust related litigation, including will contests and trust disputes    Provide counsel to clients on estate and gift tax laws, charitable giving strategies, and other tax planning opportunities    Maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional client service through regular communication and updates on estate planning and trust administration mattersRequirements:    J.D. degree from an accredited law school    Active license to practice law in MA & RI    Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in the trust and estates field    Strong knowledge of estate tax laws and regulations    Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Ability to work independently and as part of a team    Strong organizational and time management skillsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
