If you have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.What you get to do every single day- Settle accounts by reconciling entries- Examine payments received and record deposits- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions- Conduct and manage the general ledger- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- Look after archived records by categorizing documents- Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and proceduresRequirements- Previous experience as a bookkeeper preferred- Experience with Invoice processing- Microsoft Excel experience preferred- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience preferred- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred
