Based in the Columbus, Ohio region, this PART TIME Bookkeeper role would be a short-term contract / temporary position.Responsibilities- Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits- Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures- Manage and review general ledger- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- Look after archived records by categorizing documents- Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactionsRequirements- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred- Previous experience using accounting software- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience- QuickBooks experience required- Strong familiarity with Excel Formulas- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
