Finance Manager Job in Dorking, £70k paYour new companyYou will be joining a growing company in Dorking, who are recruiting for a new Finance Manager due to increased business performance over the last year. You will be joining as a Finance Manager reporting directly to the Finance Director.Your new roleAs a Finance Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director with a small team of both qualified and non-qualified accountants reporting to you. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, year-end accounts, budgets, and forecasts. You will also review and update financial processes and assist the Finance Director with any other ad hoc tasks.You will play a key role interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues from all other departments, and negotiating with commercial clients.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to have strong experience within a Senior level Accounting function, with a good track record at a management level. You will be skilled in the production of timely, accurate, and informative financial and managerial information.You will be partnering with Senior Management and challenging when appropriate.
