Full Time Building Manager - 35-38k - Runcorn based Your new companyA prestigious commercial property management and development company with an excellent reputation for service delivery. Involved in some of the most significant projects across the North West in recent years in both t he public and private sector. Your new roleFull Time Building ManagerMon-Fri8:30-5pm£35-38k You will be responsible for the management of a Grade A commercial space totalling circa 40,000 sqft. You will oversee the management of the property and ensure the building is maintained to the highest standards in line with the compliance and H&S requirements. Primary responsibilities include: - Oversee all hard & soft services- Budget control for the building- Maintain all H&S procedures including fire risk assessments and legionella testing- Sub-contractor management- Be involved in tenancy negotiations and day to day relationship management- Be the point of contact for all issues within the building What you'll need to succeed - Experience working in a facilities/building manager role- Recognised H&S qualification IOSH or NEBOSH- Strong communication skills- Knowledge of building safety regulations What you'll get in return £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experienceCompany pension23 days + bank holiday annual leave Ref:4385886 Talk to Sam Temple, the specialist consultant managing this position, located in LiverpoolPart 2nd Floor, 5 St Paul’s Square
