ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST Accounts Receivable (A/R) professionals will find a great opportunity in this growing Facilities Management company's dynamic team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a permanent position in the Plainview, New York area. Duties will require entering deposits, setting up customer accounts, tracking customer activity, preparing account analyses, scanning, phone customer services, working with banks and communicating with all levels of management. Accounts Receivable Specialist must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong Excel and Word hands on experience. Opportunity offers excellent benefits and great team! Requirements- Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy - High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills - New accounts experience - Deep understanding of Banking Transaction - Command of Deposits - Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired - 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable - Knowledgeable of ERP systems
