A permanent full-time handyman, multi-trade operative role based in Windsor Your new company You will join a quickly-growing housing association with properties all over the south east Your new role You will be a part of a trade team carrying out various repair to the client's customers as requested ranging from occasional light electrical and plumbing, carpentry as well as plastering and decorations What you'll need to succeed Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled levelDemonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of propertiesNVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbingExperience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescalesAbility to accurately record work undertaken, record hours, materials and costs.
