A well-known and prestigious personal injury law firm is seeking a legal assistant to join their firm. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow their legal skills in an established practice. As an Entry-Level Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced attorneys and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive administrative and legal supportDrafting, preparing, and filing legal documentsManaging and organizing client files and case documentsPreparing billing statements and invoicesAnswering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointmentsProviding general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and emailingCompensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision with premiums 100% covered; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan and 2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays per calendar year.
