This letter conformed that our company is looking for Baker (NOC 63202) for our above-mentioned location. We currently have two vacancies available as a baker. These positions are permanent full time and job duties and responsibility as a baker are as mentioned below. Responsible person as baker during shift work; shift includes morning and evening shift.Food inventory ordering and received as per requirement of bakery.Prepare dough for different bakery products like bread, muffin, pies, cookies etc.prepare row material for baking of all bakery products including cakes.Operate, cleaning and sanitization of all bakery machinery and utensils.Cake preparation includes baking, icing and decoration as requested by customer.Prepare product preparation schedule and work accordingly for smooth operation of bakery.As require, prepare and delivery of bakery product to other local businessesMake sure that all products prepare in bakery are prepared through standard baking procedure to reduce cross contaminationDuring preparation of bakery product, follow all hygiene procedure as require by local health agency.Check expiry of all bakery product; discard and prepare product as require.Train new staff and work as directed by store manager and owner.Cash handling during shift work Successful candidate will be received following benefit. Three week of paid holidays per yearSalary will be depends on Experience.
