Customer Service Manager (m/f/x) | Poysdorf, ATYOUR TASKS
Manage and mentor the customer service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and improve service delivery.Utilize SAP tools to streamline customer service processes and enhance operational efficiency.Analyze data from SAP to generate reports and insights, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements that improve customer service operations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and customer satisfaction (OTD, OTIF, Customer satisfaction, etc.).Lead initiatives to enhance customer service policies and procedures.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer service.Manage and oversee the entire S&OP process, ensuring timely execution of meetings and deliverables.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.Develop and implement robust demand forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy.Analyze historical sales data and market trends to inform demand planning.YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on SAP solutionsCompleted business and/or technical trainingStrong knowledge of MS Office & SAP modules related to customer service (e.g., SD)Proven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExperience in process mapping and optimizationFamiliarity with customer service metrics and reportingBusiness fluent in both English and GermanOUR OFFER
