Creditinfo Solutions is a Czech-based part of international Group of companies, present in several other countries, delivering the risk management solutions in full range of the credit life cycle (starting with application processing, through the portfolio monitoring and management up to the collections) and different types of data sources (such as bureaus), helping its customers to improve their credit risk management processes, supported by the automation solutions (software). Creditinfo Solutions acts internationally, servicing customers across many countries. Most of customers belong to the financial services sector.Creditinfo Solutions is continuously extending its activities, planning significant expansion and extension of complementary portfolio. In order to stabilise and increase its competitiveness, Creditinfo Solutions needs effective and well-functioning end to end software development productivity process and measures.RoleAA is a member of the Professional Services team or the application architecture consultant.AA reviews the current architecture of company software products and designs improvements or even completely new architecture.AA knows and respects in the architecture review and architecture design standards such as (but not only) the SOA and best practices, both leading to more effective and advanced architecture of the software products, simplification of the architecture, enabling easy implementation and efficient support and maintenance.Responsibilities• Review of the application architecture(s)• Design of advanced application architecture(s)Activities• Review of the application architecture(s)• Design, possible implementation of advanced application architecture• Continuous activities in architecture reviews and design• Design of architecture of new applications• EducationMeasurementAA is measured by reaching agreed goals as well as by the personal development goals.REQUIREMENTSEducation, skills and proven experience• University degree or proven experience in the IT solutions and software architecture concepts and practice • Experience and skills in area of development, implementation and support and maintenance of business critical applications• Understanding of related other disciplines, such as (but not only) the information security, ITIL and ITSM, quality management and software development effectiveness.• Experience in team management (primary leadership and coaching)• Experience in working for the international company and with the international customers• Adequate personal style and attitudeSoft skills• Supportive• Goal oriented, self-managing• Good communicator (both communication attitudes and idea description abilities)• Positive, enjoys the change, enjoys and reacts in positive manner to new tasks• Takes the responsibility• Problem solver• Adequate attitude in team-workOtherLanguages: • Czech native or fluent • English fluent or native• Russian, Arabic, German, Spanish and other would be an advantageCultural CompatibilityCompany team and special the customer portfolio includes different cultures. Experience in working with other than Czech cultural standards is appreciated.Availability: We expect well established individual who can 100% dedicate his attention and power to the task and job.Travel: No travel or limited travel expected.SALLARY AND TYPE OF POSITIONThis is temporary position (project) with option to extent to permanent.Competitive compensation depending on the experience, skills and results. (Expected up to 100.000, - CZK split to fixed and variable 60:40).
Start dateAs soon as possible.IDEAL CANDIDATE• Has knowledge, experience and idea how the application architecture should follow current standards and best practices• Has knowledge of and/or experience with critical IT systems and software development, implementation and support• Poses the skills of active listening, asking questions, developing alternatives and similar skills• Is a good team orchestrator – manages the company team to common success• Advantages would be experience in similar position and with application architecture design as well as experience with working for well-developed international companies, working for international customers and in multi-cultural environment.
