Seznam.cz is looking for a new colleague for the „Video quality assessor – team leader“ to the fulltext search department. The main task in this role is to lead a small team of part-time workers, to assess the quality of results in the video search and to teach the team to do the job of an assessor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Assess the quality of results in the video search- Lead and manage a small team of part-time workers (responsibility for the quality of their work)- Report to Seznam.cz and foreign partners (English speaking)
REQUIREMENTS:- Min. high school leaving exam- Native Czech speaker- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (both writing and speaking)- Experience with administrative work, work in a call center etc.- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and internet environment
Nice to have:- Russian language- Experience with leading a small team
