Customer Support with French/English (Polish, Russian and Czech)
Department DescriptionMulti-lingual call and email support of the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Czech. 09:00 – 18:30 CET Monday to Friday.
Scope of Responsibilities• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist partners/customers with specific inquiries and support the Channel Program members.• Make outbound calls as and when required by the Partner, Sales and Marketing teams and in accordance with the Partner Select Program to; profile newly applied partners, welcome newly accepted partners and maintain contact with existing partners at regular intervals.• Arrange for the dispatch of official program letters, products, information/welcome packages, brochures etc. to partners, clients and other interested parties • Handle inbound sales calls from prospects or customers who have an interest in implementing projects involving Motorola’s products and solutions.• Follow up inbound calls and emails and identify opportunities from prospects or customers who have already expressed an interest in Motorola. • Qualify sales related leads and allocate them to the sales teams referring to business rules and workflow set by customer• Work on tactical campaigns for Motorola e.g. Event tele-boosting, confirmation and follow-up, Data verification projects, List building projects.
Specific Knowledge / Skills• Sales related, customer oriented experience of at least 6 months preferred• Near fluent English and French is a must • Knowledge of Polish or Italian will be a big plus• Natural aptitude for IT related products and solutions• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, including listening, negotiating and influencing• Calm and assured manner with the ability to work well under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team• High level of motivation with a will to succeed• Attention to detail
