Logistics Specialist with English+Spanish/Italian/French/Rus
Our client – successful international company – decided to move to centralize in Prague European customer service. For this newly created center, we seek experienced customer service or logistics representatives to join the team. Starting date: asap
Job description:• Customer Order Service/ with responsibility for direct customers.• Receiving and acting on enquiries for the customers.• Monitoring the customer complaints database and being a point of contact in event of a complaint.• Communicates customer requirements for transport and shipments to the DC’s.• Supplying samples and information/literature to help support sales (optional)• Processing of customer orders : Create/maintain orders/ invoice and ship as promised • Maintain pricing for own sales area in SAP+ Applying correct pricing.• Pro actively contact customers on possible orders and our slow moving products • Preparation of documentation.• Export documentation and liaison. • Inform DC departments in order to organize timely transport. • Organize dispatch. • Collation of information for invoicing. • Raise credit notes for settling claims or correcting mistakes • Organize returns (System return order/Transport) and settlement (credit) • Use pricing system to get correct invoices • Archive necessary documentation of the order process for future audits
We require:• Experience as international customer service administrator/representative at least 1 year• Speaks fluently English language being the internal “standard” language• Speaks Spanish/Italian/French/Russian - the language required for the sales area to support: • User knowledge of SAP• User knowledge of the MS Excel/ Word/ Outlook• Attention to detail and accuracy (work with numeric data)• Multitasking skills• Ability to prioritize• Stress tolerance• Ability to work in multi cultural/language environment 
Education:• Bachelor degree (Bc.)
