Responsibilities:

Create and develop effective cooperation with regional partners and dealers;

Communicate with existing and prospective clients, answer the clients’ requests;

Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers;

Analyze the market situation and report the results according to estimated goals;

Use effective instruments to improve the sales;

Manage and develop the project, strategic planning.

 Required Qualifications:

MBA or BS in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Real Estate business administration or

At least 3 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales;

Strong communication skills in Russian and English and the ability to understand technical literature in German;

Intercultural skills in managing business in Europe and East-Europe (Russia and Post-Soviet countries);

Knowledge in the building industry.
