Job Summary: Desktop, Server and Network IT support MCSE/CCNA Engineer is required for permanent in Sydney CBD
The Infrastructure Support Specialist provides desktop, server & network support to the company.
He is responsible for providing skilled technical services ensuring the provision of high quality
desktop support to the users, the support and maintenance of company' server and network
infrastructure, including its data and application systems,
and is also involved in the planning, implementation and ongoing support of company IT infrastructure.
Experience
1. Minimum 3 years proven experience in a 3rd Level Infrastructure Support role.
2. Technical qualifications in Infrastructure support
(MCSE - Microsoft Certified System Engineer or
CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate).
3. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training.
4. Exposure to project management methodologies
5. Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing complex I.T infrastructure
The salary for this position will be commensurate with the skills, qualifications and experience of the candidate applying.
