We are searching for a perceptive, creative Customer service agent to oversee company’s operations and administrative staff members. The Customer service agent will consult, train, and support team members and company’s customers, develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the processes go smoothly and efficiently. You will also assist in developing and enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress on projects, organizing interviews, new hire orientations, and policy or procedure updates. To succeed as a Customer service agent, you must be focused on ensuring attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining company’s operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills. Position: Customer service agent Type: Part time/Full time Working hours: 20/40 hours per week Compensation: $2000/$4000 per month excl. bonus payments Bonus: High bonuses in addition to base salary Training: Included Customer service agent Responsibilities: • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. • Training, supporting and consulting customers, taking corrective action when necessary. • Researching and making market analyses, performing tests to improve current projects and strategies of the company. • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses. • Planning, scheduling, and promoting company’s events, including online meetings, orientations, and training sessions. • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals. • Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities. Customer service agent Requirements: • High School Diploma – you will be provided full training and support. • Experience in related field, such as customers support or management is preferred. • Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, messengers. • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines. • Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
