Sales Administrators job based in WarwickEstablished in 2010 EBCO Ltd is a UK distributor of quality Electric Bikes. Exclusively offering the leading brands, EBCO and Corratec is the number one supplier of ebikes in the UK. Having recently been taken over by an £8 billion pound organization, TVS motors, who also own Norton Motorcycles are currently looking to expand their team and operations. They about to start supplying not only specialist retail outlets but also about to start a click and collect consumer business all based out of their Warwick headquarters. Ebikes are a fantastic way to get around. Whether commuting or riding for fun, EBCO has the ebikes, whatever your preference and budget.SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicates with customers and the EBCO Team to provide excellence in Customer Service regarding orders, price quotations, as well as routine information concerning product availability, delivery, pricing, sales invoices and internal sales promotions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    Responds to enquiries in a professional, courteous manner and supplies customers with general information concerning EBCO products, availability of requested product, pricing, and expected delivery date.    Efficiently inputs customer orders received by telephone, mail, email, etc. into the order entry system and manages the delivery process.    Initiates and completes necessary warranty paperwork.    Liaison with suppliers regarding product queries and deliveries.    Works closely and assist with the returns process helping with paperwork and coordinating the deliveries/repairs.    Responsible for clerical duties (e.g. sending out of catalogues and mailing, putting together mailing lists, update of database, maintenance of records, word processing of forms and letters, filing, and answering the phone etc.)    Uses knowledge of EBCO product to assist the customer with the selection of product.    Provides inside support, sales leads, and advice to the Sales Representative and Accounts Manager.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:    Previous Sales Administration background preferred.    Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate on the telephone in a professional, positive and courteous manner.    Ability to read and interpret general business documents.    Familiarity with personal computers and common software such as Sage Line50, MS Office, MS Excel, etc.    An interest in cycling would be an advantage    Analytical capability, business acumen and decision making capabilityEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:    Solid experience of working in a customer focused environmentWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #4321816Talk to a consultantTalk to Michelle Berridge, the specialist consultant managing this position, located in CoventryPart 2nd Floor, Friars House, Manor House Drive
