This Payroll Manager will help manage the payroll process and benefits administration for a high growth organization. If you are a good fit for this position, apply today!Responsibilities- Administer benefits- Process leave of absences- Engage with accounting and Human Resources (HR) teams- Create reports and ensure accuracy of records- Arrange payroll systems and timekeeping- Follow internal policies and act in accordance with relevant laws- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades- Help generate systems, if required, that process payroll account transactions, like salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments- Settle issues and respond to questions related to payrollRequirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- 3+ years of relevant payroll experience- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is a plus- Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion- Solid grasp on current payroll procedures and related laws
