3-Month Contract (with view to extend) Watford/London Via UmbrellaYour new roleYou will join a fantastic organisation within their Field Support team. They are based in Watford but your primary location will be in London to provide external support within another location. This role is very unlikely to require travel to external sites, so your day to day tasks will be conducted on site.Our client is looking for a dedicated, passionate and professional individual with a good level of previous field support experience and understands the main requirements of on site technical work to deliver successful outcomes and to meet service level requirements.What you'll need to succeedTechnically, it will be beneficial if you have utilised any of the following; ServiceNow, Polycom, Amee, Azure and basic laptop troubleshooting.
