Permanent support worker in children's residential setting in Haverhill, Cambridge Your new company You will be working for a company that places therapy and healing at the heart of all they do. This company provides a safe home to males under 18 who have experienced trauma and may have demonstrated harmful behaviours. Your new role You will be working closely with the young people to ensure you are providing a safe home, promoting education and nourishing the therapy they are doing. Shifts will range from earlies/late's and sleeps with a separate waking night rota for those interested in waking nights. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have experience in a similar role although we will accept applications from new to care candidates who are caring, resilient and able to demonstrate the key qualities. Due to the location of the service it is essential that you are a driver.
