Responsibilities:- Support all activities for effective project gate reviews governed by the Project Approval Committee according to our internal processes- Supports project core teams in the preparation of gate reviews- Supports project core teams and other functions in the organization in the adoption of new processes and templates- Maintains tools and support views- Maintain Gate review schedules and meeting minutes- Support the execution of the processes and feed continuous improvement- Work with all stakeholder groups to apply the internal development processes successfully- Organize training for the organization concerning the development processes- Create views and reports to facilitate decision making- Use input from project teams and other stakeholders to make proposals for continuous improvement.- Be the contact person to support the project teams and management in using the tools related to the development process and project management.
Requirements:- Master degree in Economics or Business management,- Master in Engineering- Min. 3 years of experience in technical environment, project management- Managing through systems- Defining and implementing Business processes- Continuous improvement- Lean Design For Six Sigma- Knowledge of Russian or German language- Experience in working in European context- MS Office- English as main business language (fluently written and spoken)- Czech language as local communication language- Skills :- Convincing others- Problem analysis- Creation of technical reports, eye for detail- Conceptual thinking- Personal time management/ working independent- Getting results without authority : persuasive communication
